What's breaking in .NET 2.0

The production release of .NET 2.0 is nearer day by day, and thus it is now a good time to prepare for breaking changes.

There's a public document available that lists all these changes and more. To my surpirse, the list of breaking changes is very small, and for my own applications I can say that I'm probably not affected.
