Final list of features in forth-coming Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2008

The next Visual Studio version, codenamed "Orcas", and officially Visual Studio 2008, also comes with a new version of Team Foundation Server or TFS. There's a great blog post on MSDN that lists the final (new) feature set of TFS 2008.

Things of particular note include:

• Support for SQL Server 2008 and SharePoint Server 2007
• .NET Object model
• Multiple TFS servers can now share a single SQL Server with named instances
• Annotate and Folder Diffs in version control
• Attachments improvements in work items
• Finally configurable port numbers -- not so much hard-coded ports anymore
• Continuous Integration
• etc.

Sounds like a great new release to me!
