An update to the Azure training kit for Visual Studio

Microsoft has just recently updated the Windows Azure Platform Training Kit. The latest version is dated 7th of June, and is about 230 MB in size. The kit has been updated to better support Visual Studio 2010, and now also contains video tutorials.
