New web stuff: ASP.NET MVC 3, Razor view engine, IIS Express 7.5, and more!

It has been a busy day at Microsoft again, it seems! The company just announced the availability of these products, no less than seven:

ASP.NET MVC 3
NuGet
IIS Express 7.5
SQL Server Compact Edition 4
Web Deploy and Web Farm Framework 2.0
Orchard 1.0
WebMatrix 1.0

Of course, a lot could be said about each of these technologies, but at this point (just returning from a trip) I just refer you to Scott Guthrie's blog post detailing the new announcements. In the future, I will continue investigating the new releases.
