What is going to happen next with Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and ALM?

Future product versions and their plans are always interesting, and especially so if they are related to the development tools you use daily. It is no surprise that TechEd USA talked quite a lot of what's coming next, and Visual Studio's ALM solutions (which include TFS) are no exception to that.
