What new can we expect in ALM functionality in Visual Studio 11?

If you are using TFS (Team Foundation Server) in your organization, you are most likely interested in what's planned for the next version of Visual Studio, "VS11" or Visual Studio 2012. Somasegar has posted a nice blog post titled "Visual Studio 11 ALM Advances" that outlines some of the most prominent new features.
