Developer certifications available for Windows Store applications

Microsoft has just recently updated their certification paths, and this time, Windows 8 store applications take the center stage. From now on, you can pursue the valued Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer or MCSD credential on Windows Store Apps.

There are two paths to this certification: the HTML5 route, or the C# with XAML route. On each, there are three Prometric exams to pass, and if you succeed in each of those, you get your credential.
