Good news to Windows Phone developers in smaller countries: chances are that your country is now included, as the Windows Phone developer registrations are now open in 13 new countries. This time, the new countries are Afghanistan, Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mongolia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Timor-Leste.
