New features in the Windows Phone developer center: improved app publishing features

The Windows Phone Dev Center has been recently updated, and now has improved application submission features. Main new features are the ability to cancel and edit your app submission once you've hit the submit button (previously, you had to wait until the application was investigated by Microsoft), and you can now also better work with application screenshots. For instance, you can auto-scale and rotate your screenshot images now.
