Outlook 2010/2013 tip: how to print your calendar entries easily

Sometimes, when planning my future together with customers, I want to have a single document of my calendar. Since I keep my calendar in Outlook, many years ago I thought the solution would be simple: simply go to Outlook's calendar view and print the calendar as a PDF for instance.
Turns out that while you can perfectly well do this, you can only print a single month (or week, for instance) at a time. You cannot print a whole year's worth of monthly calendars out, except by printing each month once, i.e. twelve files.
Luckily, there exists something called the "Calendar Printing Assistant for Microsoft Outlook ", or Outlook CPA for short.
By downloading and installing the application, you get a new external (note: not Outlook integrated) application that can print your Outlook calendar in dozens of different ways, along a monthly calendar for a whole year (or multiple years, for that matter).
As the New Year is approaching, I again had the need to print my calendar out as a PDF. I then realized that I hadn't blogged about this neat little utility before, so here goes. Oh, for some reason the download link gets me to an installed that talks about Office Outlook 2007, but nonetheless, this same utility works with Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.
Good luck!
