Installing Netduino SDK for Visual Studio 2013

I've been lately working with Netduino boards from Secret Labs and writing code for the platform with Visual Studio. However, officially Netduino only supports Visual Studio 2010, which is kind of old in my perspective.

I noticed that just recently, Netduino has provided updated support for Visual Studio 2013 developers with an Experimental Support package. I tried the experimental support last in Novemeber, but I then failed to get it working with Visual Studio 2013, and so ended up using Visual Studio 2012 instead.

But now the updated installation packages seems to work well with Visual Studio 2013, so I'm happy to recommend the latest tools for everybody.
