Azure Websites are now App Services

You might have noticed that in March, Microsoft announced a new feature in Azure called App Services. App Service is a combination of the previous Websites and Mobile Services into a single offering.

At this point, the migration to App Service is going on, and previous Websites are simply being listed under App Services in the new Azure management portal. So in case you are wondering why you cannot anymore create new Websites, simply take a look at App Services instead. You existing resources are listed there, too.
