Microsoft's new Lumia 950 phone details are now available

Microsoft just a couple of days ago announced new Lumia phone devices, named Lumia 950 and 950 XL, respectively. These new devices are at the top-range in performance: 6-core processors, 2540x1440 screen and large camera.

From development perspective, these devices run, naturally, Windows 10, and thus the new UWP applications are the best choice. These devices will become available later this month or in November, depending on model and market.

For a workhorse type of phone, Windows Continuum is an interesting option. It allows you to dock your phone to a PC keyboard, mouse and screen, and continue seamlessly from there.

All this is looking good, it's great to have new models coming to the Lumia family after the Nokia acquisition.
