New update for SQL Server Data Tools in Visual Studio

There's a new update for Visual Studio 2015's SQL Server tooling. These updates are part of the SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) packages, and the latest version improves support for latest SQL Server 2016 preview and Azure versions.
