Windows 10 tip: easier editing for environment variables and especially the PATH value

Even in 2016, environment variables are an important part of development work. In Windows 10, there's a new user interface for editing environment variables, and especially the PATH environment variable.

The new UI in Windows 10 supports browsing for folders, so that you don't need to manually write the path yourself. Very convenient.
