Windows 10 and IoT: have you tried this combination yet?

Internet of Things (IoT) is a hot topic these days, and Microsoft, too, has been working on technology to match. About a year ago, Microsoft announced the availability of Windows 10 IoT, which is a scaled-down version of the operating system especially for IoT devices.

I've been working with this combination in several different solutions, for example on Raspberry Pi 3, and this works well. You can program using convenient C#, and even the UWP platform for generating user interfaces for embedded solutions, like monitoring screens inside factories.
