SQL Server Management Studio can now automatically update Azure firewall rules upon login

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio version 13.0.15600.2 can now automatically create firewall rules to your Azure-hosted SQL Server instances, if it notices a firewall rule blocks your access. Once you sign in with your Microsoft account, you can set the firewall rule directly in Management Studio, and then log happily in.
In previous versions, you simply got an error message that the firewall rules blocked your access, and you had to log in to the Azure web portal (for example) to set the new rules, and then try again. Being able to do this directly from Management Studio is very convenient.
