Microsoft TFS/Team Services tip: plan for sprint capacity

If you are working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or the cloud version thereof, the Team Services, chances are you want to implement some kind of capacity planning for your team. Luckily, TFS/TS support this, and have a feature called Capacity planning.

It is also possible to copy capacity from a previous sprint to a future current sprint, which is convenient.
