Features removed or deprecated from SQL Server 2016

SQL Server 2016 has recently become available, and in each new version, there's a collection of new features, but also some features that are deprecated. In Microsoft terminology, a deprecated technology is something that will be removed in some later future version, and using the feature in new development is discouraged.
