Good third-party tools to enhance your SQL Server database development

For me, the combination of ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server are a pretty common combination for software I write. Now, in many projects, the SQL database plays a major role, and thus I want to use the best available tooling to help me achieve these goals.

Using Microsoft's own SQL Server Management Studio is a great utility when used correctly, but there are also very nice third-party tools to help you achieve even more. I today ran into a nice post on Reddit about SQL Server development extensions, and wanted to share my findings.
