Windows 10 and the Segoe MDL2 icons

Windows 8 introduces us to the Segoe icon fonts, that were used in all UWP (Universal Windows Platform; back then called Windows Store or "Metro" Applications) applications to show various icons, both on the desktop and on Windows Phone devices.
Now with Windows 10, things have progressed, and we can now use Segoe MDL2 font icons instead. These replace the old Windows 8 icons, and bring new icons and features. For example, you can now combine two characters on top of each other, called layering.
Happy UI developing!
