How do I enable Flash content in Microsoft Edge web browser?
Posted: (EET/GMT+2)
Microsoft's Edge browser by default disabled Adobe Flash content on web sites, because Flash has been insecure in the past, and is not needed anymore technically. However, there are still many web sites that use Flash, so it's good to know how to enable Flash in Edge.
Here are the quick instructions. First, go to the web page that has Flash content. Then, in the address bar of Edge, click the lock icon next to the web page's URL (assuming encrypted HTTPS access). A popup showing details about the web site and its certificate are shown. But, at the bottom of this popup there is a section called Website Permissions. This is where you can enable Flash content.
You might need to reload/refresh the page for the new setting to take effect. Hope this helps!
