Time to migrate: support for .NET 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1 ends in a year from now

Microsoft is starting to phase out the older .NET Framework versions, and just yesterday, they reminded us developers about the ending support. Luckily, we still have time, but even so, it's time to start migrating. There are only about 360 days before the support will end on April 26, 2022.

Interestingly enough, this announcement also affects this blog: my custom C# authoring tool uses .NET 4.5.2 currently, so it's time to take some Visual Studio time with it.
