Both features can be linked to Azure DevOps team projects, but the latter (Autofix) is currently in preview only, and basically invitation-only.
It is also worth noting that Microsoft has started to actively encourage Azure DevOps users to move to GitHub. I've also recently noticed that it's increasingly difficult to create a new Azure DevOps account. Perhaps, the countdown has begun, even if no official sunsetting announcements have been made.
This is what Microsoft often says:
Over the last several years, we have encouraged customers to move their repositories from Azure Repos to GitHub to take advantage of the latest AI powered and agentic development experiences that GitHub is delivering.
Even so, I believe there's still enough reasons to continue using Azure DevOps.
